Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT, in a service delivery or IT engagement role where day to day interaction in an Enterprise environment with PM's, business stakeholders, tech support groups is key.
- Strong business and stakeholder Management and engagement
- Requirements gathering
- Experience with IT operations, customer service
- Intermediate technical skills ( 3 to 5 years tech experience)
- Strong communication and engagement, time management and being able to coordinate resources and deliverables.
