Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.

This role is responsible for supporting the development of the customer strategy using key customer insights and driving strategic alignment across the broader enterprise. The role is responsible for building strategic capabilities across the business and providing leadership across the team in strategic thinking.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and articulate enterprise problems, structure and conduct the right analysis to solve the problem, leading to improved customer outcomes
  • Develop customer insights (such as strategic customer segments, issues, trends, and opportunities) to inform strategic decisions
  • Perform quantitative modelling and analysis of financial and non-financial data (e.g. market and competitor trends and dynamics, cost analysis, profitability analysis)
  • Support customer-centricity and advocacy across all business units through customer-centric mindsets, skills, work methods and reward mechanisms

Competencies:

  • Effective communication and influence skills at all levels within an organisation in written and verbal form and demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Business analysis experience in management consulting, investment banking, a professional services organisation or customer strategy role
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience in analysis and presentations ready for executive-level use
