We are looking to hire an experienced Senior SAP Trainer for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for functional for one of: Business Plan to Reporting Transactional Finance; Source to Purchase to Pay (incl. Fieldglass); Plan to Inventory (PP, IBP); Project Inception, Asset Acquire to Retire to Project Close to Asset Retire (FI, PM, PS, PP, MM)
- Responsible for supporting teams and then working with the learning lead to design and manage deployment of the training
- You will be co-located with the technical development teams.
- You will need to be the voice and eyes of the user and understand functionality completely, be able to articulate change for users and challenge when unsure etc.
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as an SAP Trainer
- Experience in developing / supporting development of Learning Needs Analysis
- Experience in developing / supporting development of Learning Curriculum
- Experience in developing / supporting development of Learning Materials
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Needs to be articulate and inquisitive
- Willing to relocate to Singapore for at least 12 months
- Can start in late October (Visas usually take 4 weeks to complete)
