We are a senior, skilled and a close-knit team, with an average of more than 12 years IT recruitment experience and team member tenure of more than eight years. There is very much a family feel in our team.
We have a strong portfolio of long-term clients who range from SME's to large organisations. In most cases we are either the exclusive or lead supplier and work directly with our client's senior management or line managers to hire outstanding technical resources across the technology spectrum, both contract and permanent.
To meet a massive client demand, which is only likely to increase as the market rebounds from Covid, we need to hire another senior IT recruiter to work with our already successful and highly skilled team.
This role will purely source and manage candidates, as you work closely with senior account managers who lead engagement with the clients. Your superpower must be strong delivery. We are the opposite of micro managers. Our team is experienced, self-motivated and know what they need to do without being told. At the same time, we work as a team and provide plenty of support to one another.
