Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Human Resources to join their data analytics project that will support the delivery of insights to help support decision-making process.
The scope of the project will be the enterprise functions of Human Resources and Procurement and it will include activities such as:
- Problem identification
- Data discovery
- Data preparation
- Data analysis / modelling
- Presentation of outcomes and knowledge transfer
As the Senior Data Analyst Human Resources your responsibilities will include:
- Perform data mining, data modelling, statistical analysis, business intelligence gathering, trending and benchmarking tasks to provide data driven insights to key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain data analytics tools and applications to extend data analytics capability
- Provide leadership and technical advice and service to stakeholders in the extraction, analysis and interpretation of complex data from multiple sources
- Present to a wide range of committees and stakeholders through formal presentations and documentation to influence, advocate and negotiate project outcomes.
- Develop functional designs and technical designs that accurately reflect the data analytics solutions built
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and presentations to BAU teams
Competencies and Skill Level:
- Demonstrated extensive experience in Human Resources (or People) analytics
- Experience in the SAP modules of Human Resources and SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the in the use of data analytics tools (e.g.: R, Python) and techniques to deliver insights
- Familiarity with the use of database query languages such as SQL
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in information systems, statistics or mathematics
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
