Our client, one of big 4 banks in Australia is looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions for a high-profile program of work.
You will be responsible to assesses change impacts & develops change and communications material.
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role with a large complex organisation, within the Financial Services sector
- Proven Change Management experience and a solid understanding of Change Management frameworks and processes
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the broader change team
- Develops change and communications material
- Payroll experience is desirable but not mandatory
