Looking for a Senior Business Object Canberra for a contractual role.

Location: Canberra

Contract: Contract till end of June 2018 + 2X12 months extension

Clearance: Baseline or ability to obtain one

Selection Criteria:

Mandatory/Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Objects (BO)/ETL toolsets including:
    • Web Intelligence;
    • Enterprise Reporting (Crystal Reports);
    • Universe Designer (UDT and IDT);
    • Enterprise Information Management;
  • Experience in the following:
    • BO Universe Architecture involving development of frameworks and standards;
    • DB2 or Oracle; and
    • SQL Server;
  • Experience in SQL coding;
  • Experience performance tuning SQL batch jobs in high volume extracts;
  • Data cleansing and transformation using SQL;
  • Experience working with Siebel Tools;
  • Ability to understand / interpret Siebel data model design using Siebel Tools;
  • Ability to translate Siebel data models into ETL designs;
  • Hands on experience in manipulating, extracting, analysing and reporting on sizeable datasets, enforcing data integrity;
  • Ability to work well within a team environment;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Business Analysts, Testers, Project Managers and administration staff;
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail;

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in other BO and reporting tools;
  • BO Certified Professional or equivalent experience;
