This Senior Business Analyst role is to support the delivery of the Procurement requirements in the Finance stream within the Wealth Separation program. This will include:

  • Establishment of a new Property & Procurement function and system solution
  • Development of end-to-end future state processes, procedures and controls
  • Development of a default/contingent approach to operating the new function
  • Support the identification of stakeholders and assists with the creation of a stakeholder matrix
  • Assist to define current state and future state processes, determine process gaps
  • Prepare for and conduct elicitation activities and results
  • Requirements gathering
  • Support testing, transition to service and business impact assessment

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in Business Analyst roles ideally within Procurement related projects/changes/teams
  • Experience in developing or reviewing governance processes and/or assessing process risks
  • Experience in working with and/or implementing Source to Pay systems
  • Experience with working with Procurement system suppliers/vendors
  • Experience in Procurement system projects/initiatives
  • Experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
  • Planning and delivery of change management in a project environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Experience and knowledge of Wealth businesses & processes would be an advantage
