My client, a leading Australian Bank, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within the Financial Crime portfolio.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the Financial Crime space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the current business processes and related banking obligations
- Analyse existing business processes to understand the impact of the technology changes on current processes
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency
- Document as-is and to-be business processes
- Liaise with service teams and the business to confirm desirability, viability and feasibility of the proposed design
Key skills and experience:
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large enterprise organisations
- Experience in Banking or Finance industry highly regarded
- Demonstrated success in delivery of complex projects
- Demonstrated analytical skills
