About the Company
Our client, a large blue chip company is currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.


About the role
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in the end-to-end migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The Business Analyst will consult with key stakeholders in order to understand the clients business requirements and define functional specifications in a manner that can be developed into technical solutions.


Responsibilities
Our client is after an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst with a proven track record of supporting large organisations within the retail and supply chain industry.

  • You will take a role in investigative work to determine how business requirements can be met through Dynamics 365 F&O and adjacent systems, including demand forecasting, replenishment, and trade planning.
  • You will support and manage the Dynamics 365 design, configuration, data migration, testing and task recording.


Skills and experience

Our client is after an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst with a proven track record of supporting large organisations within the retail and supply chain industry.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules being a must.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Commerce and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in retail organisations is a MUST HAVE, or previous experience working across supply chain or distribution for retail industry.
  • Understanding of digital ecosystems, software development lifecycles, enterprise architecture principles, and user experience (UX) design.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to constructively propose and review solutions.
  • Experience working in a Business Analyst type capacity where you have been tasked with engaging SME's and stakeholders for requirements validation and process mapping.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • The ability to analyse and explain complex digital systems and concepts in accessible language.
  • Experience in the development of business cases for technical solutions to business problems.
