About the Role
As Senior Business Analyst with experience in aviation, logistics or rail projects you will be conducting business and technical capability analysis and will be preparing a business case to deliver an integrated solution for a complex problem for the whole business. You will work to understand the business problems to buold abenfit benefits frameowrk and relaistaion plans to quantofy a business case.

Responsibilities
- Utilise your commercial knowledge
- Conduct analysis on capability of business
- Conduct scoping, costings and recommendations
- Ensure that outputs of the analysis are communicated
- Prepare business cases to support
- Improve the customer experience
- Coordinate business capability development
- Collate analysis on the operation functions
- Investigate improvements to drive customer service improvements
- Prepare reports on the current status of programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
- Consistently deliver efficiency and set a platform for increased commerciality
Experience
- Must be a Senior Business Analyst who is hands on
- Experienced in commercial operations and systems
- Prefer Railway or Logistics or Aviation experience
- Experience in the development of business cases formulation
- Strong benefits realisation frameworks and benefit realisation plan experience
- Knowledge of customer service business metrics and processes, process improvement and benchmarking
- Understanding of financial and economic analysis
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively across all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
