You will be involved in a Bill Payment Transformation Project. The current priority is to transform their existing Bill Payment offer from an in-store, bill presentment & payment service, to a broader digital-led, bill management solution.
Skills / Experience Required:
- BillPay/Bill Presentment domain experience
- SAP ERP knowledge/experience
- Strong all-round Senior Business analysis skillset
- Experience working on digital/online projects
- Good blend of Business/Technical Business Analyst experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement/management skills
- Analytical/problem solver
- Ability to navigate/negotiate diverse and challenging set of stakeholders/supply teams
