Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large systems transformation project on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying areas of improvements in the existing enterprise systems. Working closely with the business you will provide recommendations on approaches to rationalise existing systems effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a systems Business Analyst who has previous experience in developing application lifecycle frameworks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering
- Conducting assessments of existing systems and identifying inefficiencies
- Creating templates to gather information
- Make recommendations for rationalisation/ replacement
- Developing road maps
- Develop frameworks based on best practice for application lifecycle management
- Project documentation
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience as a Senior BA
- Experience with systems implementations or large - scale project environments
- Strong working knowledge of Business Analytics principles
- Experience in building system frameworks and templates
- Experience in application systems analysis
- Experience in application rationalisation
- Experience using the Agile methodology
- Experience in developing system roadmaps
- Experience as a Scrum Master will be highly regarded
- Excellent Communication Skills
