Responsibilities
- Understand, document and distribute customer business requirements
- Analyse business processes, identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches
- Specify and develop test scenarios
- Engage with stakeholders at various level to collect feedback and develop relationships
Skills and experience
- Experience in Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath platforms
- Experience in customer-centered design (Journey mapping)
- Process re-engineering/ automation experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
- Relevant education and/or certification within the IT/ project management space
