Our client, a large Australian retailer, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6-month contract, ASAP start. They are undertaking a project to uplift their customer service and require a Senior Business Analyst to work on the project end-to-end.
Outline of duties:
- Lead the scoping and estimation of new projects / work requests
- Co-ordinate multiple IT skill groups to develop solution options and delivery plans
- As Is & To Be process mapping
- Detailed requirements definition
- Develop functional specifications
- Work closely with business and IT representatives to deliver projects
Skills required:
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large retail enterprise or FMCG
- Workforce management product experience
- Experience working on digital/applications focused projects
- Stakeholder management skills, ability to engage a variety of stakeholders and explain complex/technical ideas to non-technical
- Application and/or business process focus
