Our client, one of big 4 banks in Australia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 months with potential extension.
We are looking someone preferably with reporting background to support the delivery of a number of medium sized changes to enhance the operating model for the Customer Resolution and Remediation business unit.
The Business Analyst will:
- Work with a Project Manager to help shape, quote and deliver features they have been prioritised by the Business Product Owner from the CRR business.
- Deliver changes to the Customer Remediation (CRR) operating model and workflow tooling (Pega/NUW) in a fast-paced, agile and frequent manner.
- Elaborate features to maximise business efficiency and industrialisation.
- Assimilate into the CRR business unit to become the trusted delivery resource.
- Be multi-disciplinary and support the outcome wherever needed.

- Process mapping
- Agile work practices
- Pega workflow system changes
- Knowledge of Clarity, Confluence and preferably Rally.
