- Accountability for the delivery of functionality within the team
- Working with Architecture and other engineering teams to improve tooling
- Being an advocate for the team's subdomain to guide other engineers and engineering teams
- Mentoring junior engineers to help them reach the next level
Skills and experience
- Banking or financial experience with digital products and customers
- Strong React/Redux commercial experience
- Testing framework - Jest/ Enzyme, Storybook, Cypress etc.
- Experience with microservices - preferably commercial
- CI/CD practices
- Ability to think outside the box and adaptable according to situations
