As the SOC Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of a 24/7 Security Operation Centre, with a team of approximately 25 staff members.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensuring the team is engaged and productive
- Providing leadership and mentoring to the team
- Working closely with the customer in a collaborative fashion
- Ensuring services are delivered appropriately
- Continuous improvement of services through people process and technology
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven team Leadership experience, ideally in a SOC or infrastructure, IT operations area.
- Understanding of the contemporary Cybersecurity environment
- Demonstrable experience mentoring and developing a junior team
- Ideally have an operational cybersecurity or infrastructure background
