Job Contract: FTC 6 months with a view of extension.




To continue to provide an outstanding level of service to our colleagues within the bank, we need several analysts to undertake the following tasks:

  • Review, investigate and respond to issues and queries sent to the team via email
  • Review, investigate and respond to defects and issues sent to the team via the trouble ticketing system
  • Process security administration requests sent to the team via the myID identity and access management system


Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

Non-Technical Skills

  • Willing to be a great team player and provide outstanding service to the team's customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tasks and processes as they arise and without having to be prompted to do so
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Possess great energy and initiative
  • Ability to work well as part of a team without the need for micro-management
  • Ability to manage priorities and time to meet required delivery deadlines
  • Ability to ensure accurate execution of documented processes repeatedly, and to rigorously enforce standards and follow required guidelines while doing so

Technical Skills and Experience

  • General IT and Windows knowledge
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts
