Job Location: Melbourne
Job Contract: FTC 6 months with a view of extension.
To continue to provide an outstanding level of service to our colleagues within the bank, we need several analysts to undertake the following tasks:
- Review, investigate and respond to issues and queries sent to the team via email
- Review, investigate and respond to defects and issues sent to the team via the trouble ticketing system
- Process security administration requests sent to the team via the myID identity and access management system
Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
Non-Technical Skills
- Willing to be a great team player and provide outstanding service to the team's customers
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tasks and processes as they arise and without having to be prompted to do so
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Possess great energy and initiative
- Ability to work well as part of a team without the need for micro-management
- Ability to manage priorities and time to meet required delivery deadlines
- Ability to ensure accurate execution of documented processes repeatedly, and to rigorously enforce standards and follow required guidelines while doing so
Technical Skills and Experience
- General IT and Windows knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts
