Experience

  • Delivery of SaaS with SSO in a complex environment
  • In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems

  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment
  • Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
  • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision making
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager

Qualification Requirements

Degree qualified preferred

PMBOK, PRINCE2 or other Project Management Certification

Key Accountabilities

  • Prioritisation and allocation of program resources
  • Program cadence, project methodology and project mgmt. tools
  • Escalation of program risks and issues to SteerCo
  • Evaluation of strategic options and opportunities
  • Ensure that project planning, execution and control are properly integrated
  • Aligning the solution to the desired business outcome and ensuring the solution remains aligned to business drivers through regular review of the program and project direction
  • Monitoring project plans to reflect project progress, change and issues resolutions
  • Acquisition and management of project resources Project Cost Management · Financial planning to ensure accurate capture of projected project costs and benefits
  • Project Quality Management · Quality Management # implements, measures and maintains quality process and standards to satisfy stakeholder expectations
  • Communication to external stakeholders (including review committees) to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverable's and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Proactive management of project RAID with rapid escalation as required
  • Manage UAT and acceptance testing prior to Go-Live
