About the Company
Our client, an industry leader in the Resources sector, is seeking an OT Application Support Engineer to join their high performing team. To be successful in this role, you must have held a similar position where you had experience in an enterprise level organisation.
Skills Required
- Work within an OT Application support team to support the 30+ systems and applications used across our business
- Facilitate transition to support activities from project to operational support teams
- Develop and implement new technology based solutions
- Maintain working relationships with team members to facilitate a culture of shared knowledge and common processes
- Create and maintain documentation for the systems and applications supported by the team
- Adhering to change management processes
- Experience working in large, complex environment
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Experience with one or more of the following is desirable: web-based applications, data analytics, stockpile management, system security and downtime/delay accounting systems
