The right candidates will be working within the DEVOPS team and will be responsible for the Design, development, maintenance and enhancement of software & solutions to support key Broadband Internet , IPTV, Mobile platform & services. These platforms and services are focused on various Internet & Open source technologies and protocols with an intensive use following skill sets:
Core Skill sets (Must)
- Strong experience with Perl development (Min 3 years)
- Proven & advance Experience with Linux
- Experience with Postgress, Mongodb, MySQL databases
- Experience with basic Networking/ Internet (TCP/IP, FTP, Firewall, DNS, Radius, DHCP, packet capture/debug/optimization)
- Experience with one of Configuration Mgmt toole (Ansible, Puppet)
The right candiadate will also be specialised in one or more of the below:
- Perl Software Engineer in developing business applications or product from design, development, and implementation
- IPTV/Content Delivery Network (Ngnix, Varnish), , Multi CDN design/implementation, and OTT content preparation and distribution technologies (encoding, transcoding, streaming to various devices/applications)
- Open stack/SDN technology design/development/implementation (Open stack, Open shift, Kubernatives, Docker, Ansible, puppet, Open daylight / Netconf/ Yang, restconf etc, Python)
- Analytics & Dashboard design/dev/implementation (Elastic Search, Kabana, Hadoop and other open source related tools)
