Our high-profile Federal Government Client is urgently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Manual Test Analyst, with demonstrated Regresison Testing experience, for an initial 6-month contract role, with 2 x 3 month extension options.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens with a current Baseline Federal Government Security Clearance to apply.
Within this role you will be responsible for the planning, vetting, updating and performing of tests against the Client's web and storage repository applications, as well as supporting the Test Manager and ensuring a smooth delivery of the upgraded product to a Production environment.
This role requires the successful Candidate to work with two small teams, along with a Project Manager, so experience working in small teams in a complex enterprise environment, will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve team goals through daily test activities including test preparation, data analysis, script execution and defect management
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and documenting functional and integration testing requirements, with the ability to write scenarios and scripts to cover the functionality
- Demonstrated ability to identify data requirements to satisfy functional test scripts, as well as create, manipulate and maintain test data
- Demonstrated understanding, or the ability to quickly acquire a understanding of testing procedures to ensure testing is comprehensive and relevant for each technical change or enhancement
