Our client a well-known market leader has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Platform Wealth Operations to join their Digital & Innovation Team in Sydney.

In this key career role, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management and service quality of secure and unsecure Wealth digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for managing business support for Wealth secure / unsecure digital channels
  • Managing digital channel SME related escalations queries from stakeholders, advisors and customers
  • Providing Wealth BAU input/representation into Wealth Digital change initiatives
  • Proactively managing risk through meeting all policy and compliance requirements,
  • Managing a team of 9 direct reports

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

  • 5+ years as an Manager, Operations within Wealth Management
  • 5+ years experience including incident management, maintenance on Wealth Digital channels
  • Experience in managing a team of direct reports
  • Wealth Experience and Digital Exposure is essential
  • Understanding of Wealth Regulations that incorporate Digital Channels including Websites that Service employees, Customers & Financial Advisors.
