We are looking to hire a Level 1 Desktop Support Analyst for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.

To provide frontline support to all clients and staff, ensuring IT information is processed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The role holder investigates routine enquiries, aids and advice as required, and assists in the maintenance of hardware, software and the analysis or interpretation of IT issues. including out of hours help desk support as required.

The successful applicant must have:

  • 6 months to 2 years commercial experience as a Junior Desktop Support Analyst
  • Must have excellent customer service experience
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
