About the Role
As Lead Organisational Change Manager you will lead a project change team to manage the planning, delivery and benefits realisation of programs. You will ensure the program meets business objectives by supporting the implementation of changes and change analysis, and will lead a change project team in understanding and managing people impacts of the change and the project implementation plan

Responsibilities

  • Deliver change management activities
  • Manage current and future state gap analysis, assess changes and impacts
  • ensure that change strategy and plan is fit for purpose
  • Manage change analysis
  • Develop and deliver effective change plans
  • Manage and collect access to change data, documents and reports
  • Manage business readiness
  • Manage change resources
  • Identification and management of issues and risks relating to stakeholder management
  • Plan and deliver a communications plan
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance across the divisions.
  • Consult with project stakeholders including HR and IR reps

Experience

  • Experience as a Lead Organisational Change Manager
  • Experience in delivery of Organisational Change in complex technical environment across legacy systems and enterprise wide systems concurrently undergoing significant change
  • Working in an industrially sensitive operational environment
  • Ability to work within blue collar environment
  • Ability to coach staff and managers during periods of complexity and change.
  • Experience in development of business transformation and change readiness plans including the development and execution of post implemental reviews.
  • Experience of change management principles and methodologies (e.g. Prosci)
  • Ability to engage and motivate staff through large-scale transformational change
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
