My clients seeks a LEAD DEVELOPER to work in a small operational team..strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience.. long term opportunity!!!
The team:
This role will sit in the Operations Team that looks after the existing systems. DevOps team that supports the maintenance of systems as well as apps.
Currently 2 team members who with person will be leading. However, looking to grow to 4.
The following are the key skills and experience required for the right candidates:
- Previous experience as a Lead Developer - hands on - leading a team of 2-4 developers
- Extensive Oracle PL/SQL back end development experience - this will be about 80% of the role
- Front end development experience - currently use JAVA Swing, however, another other technology experience will be fine
- ios/android experience - highly regarded as this person will be responsible for the maintenance of new apps within another large program
- Greenfield environment so you will set up standards, process, frameworks, procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and build working relationships in a small team environment
This role is initially a contract role. However looking to convert the right person into a permanent position.
