Our client has a large presence within the Education Sector, they are currently seeking Lead Applications Support and Maintenance Specialist - CRM/Salesforce to join their team
The role:
The client is seeking an experienced Senior Application specialist who can provide ongoing support, ensuring improvement maintenance for enterprise CRM application - Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- The main focus will be on managing daily support and maintenance of Salesforce applications, as well as providing analysis and insight on how to increase Salesforce's efficacy.
- Efficiently manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, and meet agreed-upon milestones and timelines
- Keep track of incidents and requests in the support queue and respond to them. Interact with management at all levels to get clarification on requests and incidents.
- Review new Salesforce releases and upgrades to establish functional requirements and apply the required change management
- Stay up with new Salesforce features and functionality and make recommendations for process improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated extensive Salesforce experience and understanding.
- Experience in application lifecycle to achieve business objectives
- Ability to work on various projects and activities while adhering to agreed-upon timetables, deliverables, and dates
- Proven expertise in enterprise-level computer-based application analysis, assessment, design, specification, development, testing, implementation, and support
- Strong technological expertise in the following areas:
- Applications and systems such as Affinaquest, Appointments, and Case Management, to name a few.
- Databases, application servers, and web servers
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Track record of applying high-level analytical abilities to critically assess information and data acquired from a variety of sources.
