Skills and experience
Essential criteria
· Experience in software testing (including functional and system integration testing)
· Ability to develop and execute test cases, identify and create data requirements, conduct peer reviews, identify and report defects
· Experience drafting test artefacts and providing testing specific advice to projects as required
· Work under limited supervision, with a strong customer service ethos and solution focus, and deliver results in accordance with project timeliness and report on defects
· Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and be a team player who can work well with stakeholders
· Proven time management and prioritisation skills
Desirable criteria
· Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps
· Experience in testing one or more of these technologies: Dynamics 365 CRM, Genesys, infrastructure, desktop, and security patching
