About the Company:

Our client is a leading banking organization.

About the role:

They are looking for an Implementation Manager who has worked extensively across the Banking or Government sectors.

This is a 12-month contract.

This role is based in the Melbourne CBD office with a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Business Project Manager and the Technology Project Manager to formulate an appropriate Implementation Strategy
  • Document the Implementation Plan and Hypercare Support Plan
  • Present the Implementation Plan to senior business representatives
  • Host and administrate Working Group sessions with business representatives
  • Agree the Business Readiness Checklist with business representatives and manage the checklist tasks through to the implementation Go/No Go Meeting
  • Monitor Change Manager, UAT Team and BA's to complete their tasks in the Business Readiness Checklist
  • Manage business implementation activities and resources during the implementation
  • Host business Hypercare meetings and work with Technology teams to triage defects in production
  • Manage stakeholders from many program and technology streams


Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working with methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
  • Demonstrated experience managing project delivery implementation
  • Experience and knowledge in Data Migration from cutover planning perspective
  • Expereince in Project Governance and reporting
  • Experience managing a large team of BAs
