About the Role
As the IT Service Delivery Manager you will develop, implement and manage a portfolio of business aligned IT services through the lifecycle and the service level management. You will operate at the senior level and will work to increase the value from ICT assets, investments and capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Service Delivery Management function
- Build, organise and manage a portfolio of IT services on behalf of customers
- Lead the engagement on IT Service Management
- Establish effective stakeholder relationships
- Produce and report on Service Delivery
- Balance competing demands to achieve business objectives
- Identify technology solutions and platforms that improve the efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensures that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that the service level agreements are complete and cost effective
Experience
- Extensive experience in Service Delivery Manager roles
- Experience in a large and complex Service environment
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Extensive knowledge across multiple ITIL v3 disciplines such as Service Strategy, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement
- Ability to provide advice that is strategic in nature, whilst being focused also on efficiencies.
- Ability to manage and build long term strategic relationships
- High level ability to produce and report on Service Delivery
- Lead the engagement on IT Service Management across the system
- Ability to work within an environment where technologies are subject to rapid evolution and change and identify technology solutions and platforms that improve the efficiency
There is some on-call work each month. There may be an opportunity to go permanent in the future although not guarenteed.
