About the role:
This role is based in Melbourne ith a hyrbid working arrangement. This role would require the candidate to take on additional responsibility and enjoy autonomy of decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Contract Manager and Delivery Team to coordinate all activities to implement a compliant project to DJCS
- Ensure the solution implemented by the Supplier is compliant with the State's technical integration standards, and that divergences from this have been formally reviewed and approved
- Facilitate the acceptance of the specifications through appropriate State representatives
- Achieve delivery on project stages in line with implementation plan & timelines
- Work closely with the R&D Teams
- Co-ordinate communications between relevant stakeholders
- Create relevant documentation and reporting
- Training and handover to Back-office / IT Application Manager for management of the program ongoing
- Build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure work is consistently of a high standard and productivity expectations are met at all times
Skills and experience:
- Experience managing IT integration / implementation projects
- Understanding of hardware and network design
- Skilled in software design, documentation, testing and problem solving,
- Broad experience in system integration, analytical processes and diagnostics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and communications skills with the ability to work closely with the R&D Team
- Experience working with Government agencies is desirable
- Confident in report writing and document preparation
