This key leadership role is responsible for all aspects of the delivery and advancement of software architecture, development and testing, and ultimately helping to shape the direction of the company during a key period of growth & change.
Working in partnership with the product group, guide a brilliant engineering group of four product aligned Scrum Teams.
Support, mentor and empower technical leads to advance their capabilities in getting the best out of themselves and their teams.
Champion Agile, automation and microservices evolution, from legacy monolith decomposition to cutting edge new product builds within a C# .Net & AWS based environment.
You will be an accomplished leader at all levels of business, and have worked in successful, complex, cloud-based finance product software businesses. You will have equally high EQ & IQ and want to work with an amazing bunch of people, driven by core values of trust, openness, empowerment, continuous learning and collaboration.
