The role of these Field Services Engineers will be to carry out all non-centralised activities. Fundamentally working on Maintenance & Upgrades and including functions: Fixed & Mobile and non-Telecom functions e.g. Electric/Mechanical site:
- Responsible for Field Operations escalations & Reporting within area
- Responsible for performance levels to SLA/OLA applicable own area
- Responsible for security of the Field Operations office and premises in own area
- Responsible for escalated Field Operations matters in own area
- Liaises with Field Operations subcontractors & 3rd party in own area
- Undertake special assignments to resolve Network Operations issues
- On call and call out duty may be required
Skills/Experience required:
- 3-5 years' experience in mobile tech space working in Field Operations
- Commitment to Safety (WH&S)
- Full clean driving licence
