We are currently recruiting for an Engagement Lead to work within a leading retailer organisation. Initial 3 months opportunity with possible extension.
About the role
The successful candidate will engage with business SME's to understand business issues and how IT can help and will be reporting to the Digital Manager.
Responsibilities
- Engage with IT teams for project discovery
- Engage with IT teams to respond to requests for information and questions
- Understand the entire portfolio of projects and own the program management of some of them
- Understand role of Digital Manager and be ready to step in when needed
- Assist and contribute to IT strategy and roadmap
- Relationship management
Skills and experience
- Experience in managing relationships with business stakeholders and teams
- Experience in project delivery.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Experience working on IT strategies.
- Experience in IT systems and processes.
- Experience in a convenience retail IT group.
- IT Degree qualification or equivalent
Candidate must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
