Our client is one of Australia's largest risk management and compliance companies with offices across Australia and New Zealand

To be successful in this role you will display strong attention to detail initiative and a proactive customer service focus and also demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a customer service contact centre environment;
  • A customer satisfaction mentality with a passion for helping customers to gain a "wow" experience;
  • Strong computer skills and expertise in the art of multi-tasking as this role will require you to navigate through a website and other data sources to find and convey both information and excitement;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with good time management and problem solving skills;
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exposure to medium to high call volume capacity 75-120 calls per day
  • Insurance related calls (Public Liability/Professional Indemnity)
