About the role:
- Utilise segmentation, behavioural and customer data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns with minimal wastage;
- Design and implement an audience segmentation strategy for the business
- Drive adoption of first, second and third party data sources into DDP to support digital performance marketing;
- Report on key sales, advertising and customer metrics for campaigns and provide optimisation recommendations; and
- Operate autonomously on a cross-functional level and to manage relationships and priorities with key stake holders and vendors.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role
- CRM and/or trading desk experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience using digital marketing data and insights, plus CRM or other similar segmentation strategies;
- Data driven approach with strong analytical, reporting, communication and organisational skills.
