Our client is a leader within there industry, they are known for their customer focused approach. Due to a new implementation we require a Data Architect to join the Workday implementation program.
The responsibilities of the role revolve around Architecture strategy, these are:
Establishes logical models and define the Data and Information strategy.
Design and implement effective database solutions to store and retrieve the right data at the right time for the right purpose.
Documents all the data and information flows together with validation of what data is 'must have', 'should have', 'could have' for the future state architecture.
Oversee the migration of the right data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems and monitors system performance whilst transitioning to future state architecture.
The successful Data Architect will have experience in large system implementation into a large enterprise. You will have experience working end to end on large programs and you will have good exposure within Workday.
We require an individual whom will provide clarity and define standards and principles to ensure consistent architectural solutions and decisions are made across the enterprise, you will be hands on in developing data architectures and models, as well as capture current state architecture and define the future architectural roadmap.
