This role sits in the Analytics practice of a Top Four Bank which is responsible for providing innovative business analytics solutions, including Risk and Financial Advice.
You will help to develop and maintain the business analytics function that will help visualize and identify trends, patterns and help manage the performance of clients' businesses.
The role:
Be the analytics technical expert for the consulting team
Provide data analysis, build graphs and charts
Ensure the integrity of data within the system
Identify and trouble shoot any issues or discrepancies
Source and manage data from client systems
Work with multiple business technology applications
You:
Quantitative / mathematics / statistics / economics background
2+ years prior experience within a financial services and/or tech company
Experience working with large sets of data - financial data with incorporated operational metrics well regarded
Extensive RDBMS, ETL and data extraction skills
Must have experience with SQL, SAS and Teradata
