Our Client:

Our client has a large presence within the Public Sector, they are currently seeking a Communications Analyst to join their team for an initial 6-month contract.

The primary focus of this role is to develop key messaging, content, and documentation to engage employees and customers, and deliver timely, accurate and effective communications and engagement initiatives to support the program deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer-centric service design principles to prepare, edit, create, design and deliver communication content including (but not limited to) emails, newsletters, slide packs/presentations and other engagement materials
  • Provide input to the development and implementation of communications planning, marketing, stakeholder relations, change and event management plans
  • Support stakeholder engagement by attending consultation sessions and providing customer and user experience-focused input.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation
  • Experience with complex change communications programs across a large organisation or multiple business units
  • Ability to create/modify email and other templates, including templates that utilise 'mail-merge' capabilities.
  • Advanced formatting skills are essential, ensuring that formatting is intact when sending mail from Outlook.
