Key Responsibilities
Producing roadmaps, mapping and streamlining business processes (current and future state)
Running and leading requirements elicitation workshops.
Producing design specifications to support business innovation, solutions development and change management.
Putting hands on configurations by utilizing best practices to accurately implement solutions within the client's environments.
Creating unit and integration test plans, managing, reporting and closing solutions issues and defects.
Acting as a key point of contact to manage the communication between the development and end-user teams
Ensuring deliverables met requirements and expected quality standards.
Preparing education materials and running face-to-face or online training.
Planning go-live and change management activities to achieve business goals and assure smooth solution and new business processes adoption.
Providing guidance, best practices and recommendations to clients throughout projects life cycles.
Main Activities
Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements from the business
Design integrations with enterprise solutions
Create and design reports
Produce timelines, roadmaps and project plans
Manage users and configure security roles
Configure system pages and forms
Advise BA's on obtaining the correct information from the business
Load data from different sources and do ETL to map the data
Create test cases
Run test cases
Produce documents to support go-lives, changes and deployments
Key Skills, Experience and Attributes
Clarity Studio components like objects, portlets, processes, lookups and PPM add-ins
Reporting tools such as JasperSoft, Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI -Technical areas such as XOG, GEL Scripting, Data Marts, Time Slicing, NSQLs, Processes and all other Clarity Studio Customizations.
SQL and PL/SQL, including design and creation of packages, stored procedures, views, indexes and all relevant database objects
Working knowledge of JIRA
