Are you looking for a great opportunity to enhance your change analysis abilities and work for a government portfolio that makes a large social impact? Our client is looking for enthusiastic Change Analysts to be part of their Digital Transformation Program. The objectives of this program are to modernise our management of litigation / prosecution related activities.

This is a long-term contract initially until 30 June 2023 with options to extend further. You have the option to work in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in major ICT projects (Large projects in APS or legal space in particular would be of great advantage)
  • Ability to interpret Change Management Plans and Impact Assessments and execute into working deliverables
  • Ability to create tactical Communication and also work with an internal Communications team to ensure branding and corporate alignment
  • Ability to assist in Process Mapping / Flowcharting
  • Change Readiness Assessments execution
  • Transition to BAU planning and execution
  • Change monitoring and reinforcement
  • Employee resistance mitigation and ability to boost user adoption
  • Ability to obtain high quality feedback from users and stakeholders and report appropriately
  • Demonstrated experience in designing ICT systems face-to-face, webinar and online training programs and materials
  • High degree of facilitation and training delivery skills

It is desirable if you have:

  • PROSCI or similar accreditation
  • Consulting or APS background

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens who have the ability to obtain Federal Government Security Clearances.
