Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the Customer Request Management (CRM) Project and Project Manager by undertaking business analysis, providing specialist technical advice and coordinating stakeholder engagement activities to deliver against the CRM audit recommendations and project objectives.
Your role will be to develop, coordinate and participate in the review of improvement initiatives for the Customer Request Management system which is focused on delivering quantifiable business benefits in productivity gains, resources or improved services.
This includes the following:
- Data capture to determine what teams are using the systems
- Map out processes of how business units are using the system
- Document business rules and event timeframes
- Review and identify one standardised approach for system processes
- Analysis of data cleansing and data quality
- Develop a quality assurance program for customer requests
Essential Skills
- Experience in participating in successful business process improvement projects and implementing technology solutions, including undertaking complex business requirements analysis, developing solutions and effectively engaging stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, influence and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people in a collaborative and information sharing manner.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft applications, databases and financial software including the ability to understand and interpret the functionality of business applications and learn new software systems.
