Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Leadership Team.
The BDM will lead the Business Development function for the Design Studio and collaborate with other parts of the Business to shape and drive new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
About you:
- You take a solutions based approach to sales, understand client needs and pain points and identify sales opportunities that will be a win - win
- You have excellent presentation skills (both visual and verbal)
- You have experience in proposal writing, puttiing together and presenting pitches to large enterprise clients
- Ability to lead Business Development team
- A track record of acting as a thought leader in the Digital and Design space
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams..
Your experience:
- 10+ years of agency or innovation consultant sales experience at enterprise level.
- A strong network in the Digital Space in Sydney
- Experience putting together, Structuring and Closing large complex deals
- Understanding of Human Centred Design Principlas, Product Design and Service Design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
