Business Analyst Team Lead
Our client, a leading organisation in the finance/insurance sector is currently seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead with a focus on people leadership and capability uplift. This role will be purely people focused with no delivery component and will include 15 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balancing Platform and Project demands for skills and resources against the development needs and career paths of individuals to optimise team development and business value delivery.
- Taking a lead role to drive delivery and coach business analysts.
- Fostering an agile working environment, accelerating ways of working and amplifying the capability of your team.
Skills Required:
- Experience leading teams of business analysts in an agile environment.
- Senior BA with some people leadership experience also welcome
- Ability to inspire ambitious and high performing teams to continuously learn and grow.
- Ability to identify and implement plans for individual and team development.
- Experience working in a BA practice or set one up (desirable)
