Our client is currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator / Business Analyst who has previous experience in sharepoint. Working closely with Service Delivery Managers, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the continuous improvement of processes, products and systems. You will also ensure that only suitable content is published in the knowledge management system.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of procedural documentation
  • Monitor the delivery of the transition plan deliverables
  • Assist in documenting and implementing the continuous improvement of processes and systems throughout the business
  • Managing Knowledge Hub content
  • Preparing monthly reports and project documentation

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in as a Senior Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst
  • Previous experience within a document management systems
  • Experience with Sharepoint or Office 365
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans
  • Good working knowledge of Visio
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
