About the role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong Health background and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in delivering health initiatives within clinical settings. The project aims to upgrade and integrate core clinical applications.
About You
You will be a seasoned Business Analyst who has successfully delivered projects in the clinical sector, preferably in a major hospital environment on major IT implementations.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong stakeholder management and facilitation, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. You will have IT vendor management experience, strong process and documentation skills and have experience working with a central Project Management Office and as part of complex health programs. You will have experience of the unique governance and technological challenges presented by systems that manage patient data.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are motivated and driven by the outcome and challenges of delivering programs that make a difference. You will be a self starter with strong collaboration and team skills and a methodical and consultative approach in your work.
- Hold PRINCE2 or PMBOK accreditation.
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager delivering major IT programs in the health sector
- Minimum 7-10 years Health experience essential
- Experience working with a Hospital EMR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to engage and facilitate effective conversations with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with a PMO
