Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Successful production of requirements documentation

Successful coordination workshops during the requirements gathering and analysis process

Timely completion of all deliverables to quality and plan

Appropriate management / escalation of risks identified during the requirements phase

Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending changes to business

processes, and system functionality and behaviour

Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop

project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects

Main Activities

Delivery of solution design documentation for use in sales proposals

Documentation of system process flows, system design and interface specifications as required

Documentation of business, user, system and functional requirements as required

Key Skills and Experience

Experience as a Business Analyst within a Technology Environment

Demonstrated capability in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation of process flows, business process, analysis and consulting

Must be fully familiar with the SDLC

Experience in procurement and demonstrated ability to improve procurement processes

Experience writing responses to public procurement contracts

Experience working as a vendor to provide solutions, ideally to semi-state or public bodies

Testing experience and proven ability to perform testing of software solutions

Experience in Salesforce CRM Platform highly regarded

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

Graduate degree in business/computer or related field
