Our client, a well-respected brand, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will mainly interact with the service desk management team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proven ability to document business requirements and functional specifications
- Review business processes and systems
- Build relationship with stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations
To be successful in this position, it is imperative that you demonstrate experience delivering projects on time as well as have strong communication skills. You must have knowledge of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
