THE Role
To Support the Program Management office acting as a conduit between the business and ICT portfolio personnel. Business Analyst will be working on a variety of projects end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysts assist the business to obtain a service that is developed and / or supported by ICT that supports a business need.
- Interpret and provide translation between the business requests provided using business terminology and technical specification and delivery using technical terminology
- Work closely with the ICT portfolio managers to liaise with the business on business process improvements associated with the specification of new or enhances functionality
- Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
- Adhere to the Project Management and Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
- Provide regular updates to management on progress, and issues if any, against planned deliverables
Experience Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a business analyst
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an Agile environment
- Previous experience in an agile environment along with a excellent understanding of agile methodologies
- leading customer journey walkthroughs
- Knowledge of process mapping and flow charting
- Excellent stakeholder Management at all levels
- Experience in presenting and facilitating workshops
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira and confluence
